I am 19 years old originally from
New Hampshire. I got involved in mushing in elementary school
because my dad's allergy to dogs would only allow us to have
a dog that could live outside. I raced a limited class sprint
team on the New England circuit through out school. I came
to Alaska to learn about distance racing.
I'm excited for winter here at the Wolf's Den! I've been continually
impressed with the care and attention Mike and Caitlin give
their dogs. I look forward to watching the race dogs perform,
as well as seeing the young pups grow up and turn into athletes.

2007/2008
Francois was from La Toque, Quebec,
Canada. He spent the winter helping us train for the All
Alaska Sweepstakes, teaching us about mustard and condiments,
and spoiling his favorite pup Swifty. Francois has returned
to college and spends his summers planting trees. Thanks
for all of your help Francois!
